Returns and Exchanges

How can I return my products?

WalliM customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product by post. Products can only be returned if they are in perfect condition, in the original box and with the instruction manual. The cost of postage must be borne by WalliM. All returns must be sent to the following address:

How many days do I have to make a return?

You can return the product within 30 days of purchase.

When will the money be returned?

When we receive your return we will process it as soon as possible. Please allow us at least 15 days to receive and process the return. We will refund the amount 2 days after we have physically received the product.

Can I exchange a product?

Of course you can! WalliM allows you to exchange its products. The costs associated with sending the product are borne by WalliM. When we receive the product we sent you, we will send you the new product free of charge. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us by email so that we can do so.
