Shipping policy

To place an order on the WalliM website, you need to select the desired items, enter your personal information, and payment details.

After placing the order, you should receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a new email with that information.

WalliM only charges the purchase amount after the order is produced. WalliM is not obligated to ship confirmed orders; if this happens, you will be notified, and the amount will not be charged to your account.

WalliM reserves the right to discontinue or change the price of any product in its online store without prior notice. The prices indicated include VAT at the current rate. If you are outside the European Union, please note that customs costs may apply.

If your order includes products in stock and on pre-order, it will only be shipped once all items are available. If you want products in both situations, it is advisable to split the order into two.

All promotional codes found on the WalliM website can be used at that moment. All other promotional codes are subject to a previously defined validity. Promotional codes are entered at the checkout.
